Produced from our Riesling grapes. This fortified wine has been aged in 30 gallon whiskey barrels for 30 months. Creamy butterscotch and bourbon flavors dominate the palate in this one of a kind white dessert wine.
Mistella wines are a traditional dessert style wine from Spain. These wines are “Port like” but have higher residual sugar levels. After processing the grapes at harvest, the juice is fortified with brandy. The wine is then aged in barrels for a minimum of two years to allow integration of the Brandy and juice.
