Our 2018 Progressive Rosé is a unique wine, produced from all seven varietals grown on our estate. The aromatics of this off-dry Rosé offer crisp watermelon and strawberry flavors with a hint of effervescence on the finish.
Food pairing suggestions: Appetizers such as anchovies or Anchovy Butter spread over crackers, melon and prosciutto, olive appetizers and hummus; crab pizza, shrimp, fried and grilled fish, lobster, grilled chicken, hamburgers, salmon, quiche, tuna, and sandwiches.
