Our Merrill-Ann is a full-bodied, dry red wine that is a blend of our Merlot, Syrah, and Tempranillo. This blend is more complex and fruity than any one varietal would be on its own.
Food pairing suggestions:
Spicy sausages, spaghetti and meatballs, basked pasta dishes such as lasagne, roasted game, filet mignon, burgers-especially cheeseburgers!! Braised short ribs; mild to medium hard cheeses-but not very strongly flavored, sharp cheddar cheeses, desserts such as black forest cake.
