2018 Viognier

Our award-winning 2018 Viognier is a full-bodied, dry, floral white wine big enough for any red wine drinker. Stainless steel and new barrel fermentations contribute to a creamy mouthfeel with a balanced acidic finish.

Food pairing suggestions: Shellfish, scallops, lobster, crab, shrimp, and even Macadamia-crusted salmon; nuts such as cashews and macadamia; soft and semi-soft cheeses such as chèvre, gruyère, aged gouda, and French brie.
