Our 2018 Ridgeview Cuveé is a full-bodied off-dry white blend with aromatics of white blossoms, citrus and peach. Subtle oak creates a creamy mouthfeel and a complex food friendly wine.
Food pairing suggestions: Garlic-parmesan halibut, grilled chicken with lime, lean pork roast; Thai, Japanese or Indian cuisine; light pasta dishes with seafood, and grilled white fish.
