Our Pinot Noir is a blend of four clones that are grown in rocky, low vigor soil. The wine is aged for 12 months in 25% new oak before final blending and bottling. The result is a full-bodied Pinot Noir that opens with aromatics of strawberry and boysenberry. Soft tannins coat the mouth leading to a subtle mocha finish.
Food pairing suggestions:
Lamb, sausage, filet mignon, chicken, ahi tuna, salmon; cheeses such as goat and brie with a perfectly paired dessert of creme brulée.
