Italian-style sausages with fennel, spaghetti and meatballs, basked pasta dishes such as lasagne and similar veggie bakes, burgers-especially cheeseburgers!! Braised short ribs, spicy rice dishes such as jambalaya; mild to medium hard cheeses-but not very strongly flavored.
