2016 Pinot Noir

The full-bodied dry red wine has beautiful aromatics of strawberry, raspberry, and plum. Soft tannins that coat your mouth with violets and velvet, leading to a spectacular linger finish of the "Big" Pinot Noir.


Food pairing suggestions:

Lamb, sausage, filet mignon, chicken, ahi tuna, salmon; cheeses such as goat and brie with a perfectly paired dessert of creme brulée.
