Our 2016 Viognier is a full-bodied, dry, tropical white wine that presents pineapple, passion fruit and kiwi on the nose with just a touch of oak on the smooth finish.

 

Food pairing suggestions:

Shellfish, scallops, lobster, crab, shrimp, and even Macadamia-crusted salmon; nuts such as cashews and macadamia; soft and semi-soft cheeses such as chèvre, gruyère, aged gouda, and French brie.
