Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can we have pets?

A: Your leashed furry friends are more than welcome on the lower deck. Only service animals are allowed inside the tasting room.

Q: Can my service animal come in?

A: Yes, American Disabilities Act provides that a service animal, and animal specifically trained to perform a specific task for a disabled person, be permitted in any public area.  Please let us know before bringing your animal inside so we can make sure “Charlie-The winery dog” is at home or in the back room.

Q: Are you wheelchair/walker accessible?

A: Yes!  The parking lot to the tasting room has no steps and the upper deck can be accessed from the tasting room.  We also have a ramp that goes to the lower deck on the left side of the tasting room entrance.

Q: What about kids?

A: Children are always welcome at Cooper Ridge. They will also be greeted with ice cold Capri Sun’s and Goldfish! We do ask that children under the age of 16 have adult supervision at all time.

Q: Can we bring a picnic?

A: You are more than welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. We have a Small Bites Menu that offers Cheese, Charcuterie and/or Mediterranean plate. We also offer Soda, Iced Tea and Beer for our visitors that haven’t found their wine palate yet!

Q: Can we bring our RV or Motorhome and stay on the estate?

A: Unfortunately not at this time. Our Tasting Room parking lot is limited in size and is unable to accommodate RV’s. We do however have a wonderful RV park as one of our neighbors and we would highly recommend staying at Twin Rivers RV Park approximately ½ a mile from our Vineyard & Tasting Room.

Q: Do you do Weddings?

A: Unfortunately, no. Our tasting room is not designed to accommodate a wedding sized party. We have also found it a disservice to our customers and wine club members to close for a private event on one of the days we are open as we have limited hours.

Q: Do you allow Private Reservations?

A: We do allow reservations for parties of 10 or more. Groups of over 20 will have a facility fee as we have to section off a large area of our deck for a group of this size. Please contact our Tasting Room Manager at least 2 weeks prior to your desired event date. (Please call ahead as current events may have affected large parties.)

Q: We want to come by on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday?

A: We are more than happy to accommodate private tasting when available. As we are a small team we are sometimes unavailable with other vineyard work or family.  Please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule. We ask that private tastings be for groups of 4 or more, and as we are opening especially for you, the $10 tasting fee/person is not waived with bottle purchases.
